This role requires a strong market presence, leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects. You will lead a team, support our clients, and collaborate with multi-discipline project teams to manage our current workload and drive future growth. Mōu ake | About you Experienced Structural Engineer with a relevant degree or tertiary education. 7-14 years of design experience working in Buildings projects. Track record in delivering results on behalf of our clients, ensuring a great client experience. Previous experience in a consulting environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team, mentor and coach junior peers, and delegate appropriately.
