Based in Parramatta, this full-time position is ideal for an experienced engineer looking for autonomy, leadership and technical challenge in a supportive and professional environment.

• Lead structural design for low to mid-rise residential, commercial and industrial developments
• Investigate and report on structural issues for insurers, strata managers and NCAT
• Design civil structures including retaining walls, culverts and drainage pits
• Mentor junior engineers, guiding their technical development
• Liaise directly with architects, builders and clients to deliver efficient outcomes
• Support business development through tenders, presentations and client engagement
