QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong attention to accuracy.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
• Quick learner with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Develop engineering designs in accordance with project requirements, covering all phases from conceptual through schematic to detailed design.
• Conduct structural design analyses and perform necessary calculations.
• Participate in tendering processes and oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all project documentation, including incoming and outgoing documents, drawing registers, RFIs, and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Act as Project Lead and support the Project Director by reviewing and resolving issues related to design, specifications, calculations, and other submittals; ensure all designs and models meet project requirements; respond to site-related queries and concerns.
• Review and approve contractors’ shop drawings and material submissions.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on design and project-related matters.
