As a Structural Engineer III, you will lead the development of complex, high-performance structural solutions from concept through completion. You will collaborate across disciplines, serve as a technical expert and mentor, and play a key role in delivering integrated projects that align with our Performance-Based Design approach. You will guide project documentation, interface with clients, and shape the built environment through innovative and sustainable design practices.

Deliver Results

• Lead the design and documentation of complex structural systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
• Develop high-quality specifications that meet client needs and project objectives.
• Oversee construction administration tasks including RFIs and shop drawing reviews.
• Define and implement documentation standards consistent with Performance Based Design.
• Conduct feasibility analyses, risk assessments, and performance reviews on active projects.
• Deliver client presentations and technical reports that simplify and clarify complex topics.
• Engage stakeholders, including clients and consultants, throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and project success.
• Drive project planning efforts with Project Managers and Team Leads, establishing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as SME and mentor for junior staff, fostering team development and technical excellence.
• Lead code compliance reviews, coordinate field inspections, and interact with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure required.
• 10 years of post-graduation engineering experience and/or 10 years of licensed experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Advanced understanding of structural engineering principles and ability to apply
• complex techniques such as vibration analysis, ponding, composites, and thermal influence.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary design projects and collaborating with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Familiarity with integrated design workflows and sustainable, Performance Based Design standards.
