Job Description Senior Structural Engineer (Buildings Project): We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervision Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Structural Engineer - Site, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring their successful completion while adhering to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Lead and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and schedules Develop and review detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for construction projects Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients Implement and maintain safety protocols on construction sites Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable construction practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site supervision Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software Strong project management and leadership skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to work on-site and travel as required Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Architecture Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Site supervision
