Our Portland A/E Team provides technical solutions for challenging projects and complex design problems, with a focus on sustainable, resilient, and energy-efficient solutions for our clients. Our projects include assessments, forensic analysis, renovation, and new construction in the industrial, municipal, federal, and commercial sectors. We are a dedicated group of professionals, who take pride in maintaining a small family-like, flexible work environment, while also having the structure, resources, and opportunities of a large global organization. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer registration.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis software such as STAAD PRO, ETABS, RISA and willingness and ability to learn new analysis software.
• Demonstrated experience of delivering a range of projects from concept through detailed design and construction completion
• Expertise in developing construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge through experience in developing level-of-effort estimate and client proposals.
• Be able to present and describe engineering solutions and concept competently to both technical and non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or REVIT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Structural Engineer in the U.S.
• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
• Civilian Federal Agency and DoD project experience
