Senior Structured Cabling Technician (GTA)

Marcomm Integrated Business Solutions part of the Telecon Group of Companies is currently looking for motivated and skilled individuals to take on the position of Senior Structured Cabling Technician.
Candidates must access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement) and be able to travel across the GTA for projects including areas such as Hamilton, Barrie, Oshawa, and Milton.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available)
• Structured Cabling and/or Installation experience required
• Completion of post-secondary education
• Knowledge of Belden, Panduit and Corning design products an asset
• Professional, trustworthy, and reliable with a strong attention to detail
• Computer skills and proficiency in a Windows environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and to handle calmly and efficiently situations ranging from routine to emergency
• Ability to organize work and consistently meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Working at Heights and Fall Arrest Certification is an asset
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
