Position overview
The College of Business and Economics is seeking a candidate with experience in providing high-quality customer service in the student administration space. As an active member of the CBE Student Services Team, you will actively contribute to the development and provision of high-quality administrative services to our coursework and higher degree by research student cohort.
As a senior member of the Team, you will provide high-level advice for our students around complex enquiries, assist the Senior Manager and Deputy Managers with providing operational and strategic support, and support all team members in matters related to the student lifecycle.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with great communication skills, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to achieve team and individual goals. The preferred candidate will have exceptional customer service skills to support stakeholders and the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
