MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Senior Subcontracts Administrator , the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the customer. You will play a crucial role in providing lifecycle subcontract support for the customer's mission. Lead/Manage/Support subcontract administration for various programs in the Federal Civilian Division Collaborate with direct program staff, and all other functional areas within the organization Drive good working relationships with customers, programs and subcontractors to benefit performance and program objectives Utilize various internal systems applications and the Microsoft Suite to accomplish position goals WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Senior Subcontracts Administrator must have: Education: Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, 9+ years of experience in contracts, subcontracts administration, supply chain or large procurement activities. Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience in contracts, subcontracts administration, supply chain or large procurement activities Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Required Skills and Abilities: Effective administrative and organizational skills both written and oral. Ability to juggle multiple RFPs and subcontracts status and actions. Effective communication skills. Ability to operate and negotiate independently and escalating when necessary. Problem solving skills and ability to juggle a volume of different activities on any given day. Advanced Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and customer agency supplements.Customer service skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness and highly productive in high stress situations. Location: This is a hybrid position working at our GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA. Must be comfortable working onsite 3 days a week minimum. The likely salary range for this position is $79,747 - $89,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
