*THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD*

Job Description: The SME will support the development, planning, promulgation, and interpretation of Department of State (DOS), Department of Defense (DOD) and Headquarters, Department of Army (HQDA) policy and guidance as it relates to international armaments cooperation programs, such as the Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program (ESEP), the International Cooperative Research, Development, and Acquisition (ICRDA) Program and the Coalition Weapons Program (CWP). Provide general oversight of assigned Technical Operations activities with coalition partners, geographic combatant commands, and other stake holders to ensure effective program implementation and consistency with existing policies and long-term regional armaments cooperation objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years’ experience in related field; bachelor’s degree (waived with 10 years of SC/SA experience.
  • Requires an expert knowledge of U.S. Armaments Cooperation programs and U.S. international agreement processing and development.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
