In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development of compelling, customer-focused submissions that showcase Downer’s capability, support our growth strategy, and help secure some of New Zealand’s most significant transport and infrastructure projects. You will be creative, driven and results-focused. Your ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage complex projects will be something you take pride in. Working collaboratively and positively as part of a team with a shared purpose will come naturally to you.  Working with a wide variety of stakeholders across the business, you’ll quickly understand client requirements, procurement models and evaluation criteria, and translate these into compelling win strategies and high-scoring submissions.
