ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Abergeldie is seeking experienced Senior Submissions Coordinators to join our growing pre-contracts team in Sydney or Brisbane.
Reporting to our Manager Strategic Pursuits and partnering with our Bid Managers, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, bring brilliant organisational skills, and write compelling content to a high standard of professionalism.

As Senior Submissions Coordinator, you will bring all your skills together, to:

  • Produce the highest quality EOI/tender responses that help Abergeldie to win work across a diverse range of sectors.
  • Write and edit content that reflects our capabilities, brand and market proposition.
  • Establish and coordinate bid fundamentals such as response schedules, writing plans and review meetings.
  • Facilitate effective review meetings using best practice submission management methodology.
  • Work collaboratively across the business and, in coordination with the Bid Manager, act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a knowledge holder, keeping relevant information up to date.
  • Support the team as we evolve our knowledge capture platforms and bid practices.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 civil contractor, or similar industry.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Capability to articulate and write key messages that strategically position Abergeldie’s value proposition.
  • Confidence to participate and/or co-facilitate bid strategy meetings, as required.
  • Confidence to lead, provide direction and input during the bid review meetings.
  • Capability to work on a range of bids concurrently.
  • Ability to foster and sustain positive relationships with teams.
  • Demonstrated capability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
