SENIOR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS REPRESENTATIVE (SAUDI ARABIA)

Informatica is looking for a Subscription Renewal Representative with experience in renewal Sales to join our team.
As a Subscription Renewal Representative, you will be responsible for customer renewals, upsells and maximizing the use of Informatica’s subscription contracts. You will achieve assigned renewal and growth targets. Working as the Subscription Renewal Representative you will report into our Senior Manager of Subscription Renewals EMEA.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES? HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Renew, up-selling, and closing Informatica subscription contracts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of our products and renewable license contracts. Educate customers on business practices and associated contractual implications.
  • Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements.
  • Must meet sales goals such as quota and upsell requirements.
  • Maintain account team relationships by working with Account Managers.
  • Manage contract renewal initiatives.
  • Maintain contract revenue base at highest possible retention rate and protect contract revenue stream.
  • Ensure contract renewals are complete on time and promote awareness of upgrade and add-on opportunities to customers.

ROLE ESSENTIALS

  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, customer service, sales, account management or equivalent customer-facing role.
  • Renewal and Upsell targets and expectations evident in previous experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with external clients.
  • Major deal experience averaging with 6-7 figures per deal
