ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

  • Thecore project team will consist of resources with a mix of competence withinEngineering and LCI
  • Projectexecution will be performed through a workshop-based and collaborative approach– including system vendor representatives
  • Administrative/facilitator support assigned to the project to ensure progress and workingcapacity in between collaborative sessions
  • Active Participation: Committo attending workshops and sessions according to project schedule/ project plan
  • Personal Engagement: Contributeactively to discussions, ensuring the best solutions are developed
  • Stakeholder Responsibility: Shareupdates and key project developments with your discipline, taking ownership ofstakeholder communication
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Takeresponsibility for raising issues and proposing improvements within your areaof expertise
  • Commitment to the Process: Dedicatetime and effort to the project in line with agreed expectations, ensuringsteady progress
  • Open-minded and Collaborative: Individualsopen for discussion, willing to listen to different perspectives and respectfulof others’ contributions and ideas
  • Actas a liaison from their own disciplines,communicating back to their own discipline, iterating and verifying proposals,getting confirmation of decisions etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • As a discipline/ project representative, prior experience and knowledge ofcurrent Aker BP processes and ways of working is a pre-requisite
  • Weare looking for resources who are proactive and enthusiastic aboutdriving digitalization– having the courage to suggest and promote innovative ideas. Ideal candidatesare curious and have a desire to exploring new ways of working
  • Theselected representatives must have sufficient capacity forthe project. In the initial months, an allocation of approximately 60-70% isexpected, with the first weeks requiring up to 100% dedication for training andsystem onboarding.
