Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO



    • Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of complex substation projects from initiation to closeout.

    • Provide strategic oversight to ensure alignment with organizational goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage project financials, including forecasts, accruals, and variance reporting.
    • Oversee and coordinate with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external contractors to ensure safe and high-quality project execution.
    • Drive project risk management processes, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Approve and oversee scope changes, contract modifications, and negotiation of change orders.
    • Present project updates and performance reports to executive leadership.
    • Serves as a mentor, coach and technical resource to project management staff, fostering growth and succession planning.
    • Contribute to organizational development through process improvement initiatives and adoption of new project management tools.
