Role: Senior Superintendent – Multi-Family Construction
Company: ACG Builds
Compensation: $150,000–$165,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience

POSITION SUMMARY

ACG Builds is looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead a major 255-unit mixed-use residential development located in Edmonds, WA. This high-impact build represents a showcase opportunity for our company, and we need a strong, hands-on site leader to manage operations from the ground up. You’ll take charge of the site schedule, coordinate subcontractors, direct logistics, maintain quality assurance, and ensure a safe, efficient, and on-track project completion.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years as lead superintendent on multi-family or mixed-use commercial builds
  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred (relevant experience also considered)
  • Technical skills across Procore, MS Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, Acrobat, and Bluebeam
  • Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams
  • Experience managing complex logistics and concrete/utility infrastructure
  • Strong communicator who balances time between site oversight and project documentation
  • Must live within a practical daily commute of Edmonds, WA

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all on-site operations for a 255-unit residential and retail development in Edmonds
  • Create and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules using MS Project
  • Monitor daily trade partner progress and ensure timelines and workmanship meet project expectations
  • Perform routine job site walks to track progress, resolve issues, and verify alignment with construction plans
  • Direct underground infrastructure work such as gas, stormwater, power, sewer, and water lines
  • Supervise shoring, concrete work (including post-tension decks), underpinning, and below-grade parking garage development
  • Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals via Procore
  • Work closely with owners, consultants, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and streamline execution
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with vendors, trades, and all project participants
  • Apply a solution-first mindset to resolve challenges cost-effectively and quickly
