The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for on-site commercial and/or industrial construction activities within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines. This includes planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities on the construction site.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven supervisory experience in commercial and/or civil infrastructure construction.
• Must have experience in all aspects of concrete work.
• Proven safety training and awareness.
• Journeyperson certification in the trade of carpentry is preferred.
• Proven leadership qualities and the ability to work in a team environment.

• Organize, direct and control on-site construction management to ensure compliance with the owner’s specifications, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site to ensure their work is meeting schedule and quality specifications.
• Supervise internal forces.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure efficient schedule coordination and minimize delays.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients/representatives.
• Complete field admin documentation: timesheets, quantity reports, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate workforce, material deliveries and equipment on site.
• Work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate leadership in adherence to the company safety management program.
