As a Senior or Supervising Associate supporting EY Ripples in Doha, you will play a key role in advancing our mission to make a meaningful difference in communities. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and community partners to implement and manage initiatives that align with our corporate responsibility goals. This role is part of our national talent development initiatives, aiming to create opportunities for local professionals to contribute to EY’s social impact programs while building their careers in a globally connected environment.   Key Responsibilities   Execute strategies to enhance EY Ripples’ impact on communities and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate corporate responsibility into business operations and client engagements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Engage with external partners, NGOs, and community organizations to foster collaboration and drive social impact. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to corporate responsibility and sustainability. Support the development of training and awareness programs for employees on corporate responsibility and sustainability topics.   Skills and Attributes for Success   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or a related field, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and corporate responsibility frameworks. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
