A DAY IN THE LIFE
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to transform our country-specific marketing teams into a unified DACH PwD Customer Marketing Team focusing on patient engagement. This role is crucial in developing and executing a comprehensive PwD engagement strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to drive meaningful interactions with our patients.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our patient support service (We Care App), social media, media and PR, influencer marketing, patient training and education, patient events, and partnerships with patient associations.
You will lead a team of five and collaborate closely with the EMEA PwD Customer Marketing team, the DACH commercial teams, and the cross-functional teams to drive patient-centric initiatives. This is a high-impact position requiring both transformational leadership and hands-on execution to build a strong, unified approach to patient engagement in the DACH region.
This role will cover DACH and is a remote role. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time.
