We are currently recruiting for key roles associated with the Eyre Peninsula Desalination Project, a major initiative to secure a water supply for the region. The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor – Electrical to join our team. This position will play a critical role in overseeing electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and commissioning activities. Ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage subcontractors and liaise with internal teams to resolve technical issues. Monitor progress and report on project milestones. Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities. Required Skills and Competencies Qualifications & Experience Trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Proven experience in electrical supervision in construction and site testing for HV and LV systems within large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards and safety requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in remote project environments. Relocation Options We are seeking candidates who are open to the following arrangements: Based in Adelaide, with Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) travel to the project site in Port Lincoln as required, or Relocate directly to Port Lincoln for the duration of the project.
