Your tasks

• Professional and disciplinary management of one's own team
• Planning, management and implementation of methodology development, validation, verification and transfer
• Ensuring GMP-compliant working methods and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Responsibility for root cause analyses as well as CAPA, deviation and investigation processes
• Creation and review of analytical documentation (test specifications, plans, reports)
• Management of analytical projects including resource, schedule and budget planning.
• Technical advice and communication with internal and external interfaces

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in a natural science (e.g., chemistry, biotechnology) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality control and/or method development for chemical, biochemical and ideally also microbiological methods
• Sound knowledge of GMP and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. ICH, EU-GMP, Ph. Eur./USP)
• Leadership experience as well as strong communication and organizational skills
• Highly independent, responsible, structured and team-oriented work style
• Proficient English skills, confident use of MS Office
