JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Supervisor Payroll, you will lead initiatives aimed at process optimization, establishing standards for new processes.

TARGETED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in German Language, C1/C2 level.
  • Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
  • Comfortable working with the Office 365 suite of applications.
  • Solid understanding of income tax and social security law.
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll management in Germany, including familiarity with payroll systems.
  • Ability to optimise processes and a passion to continuously develop.
  • Previous management experience and are ready to take on a leadership role, guiding your team with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM is essential for this role.
