Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, including Operators and Leads. Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Production Management: Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and targets. Ensure optimal resource utilization and compliance with safety and quality standards. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures. Conduct inspections and audits, address issues promptly, and drive corrective actions. Safety & Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, including ISO and FSSC standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity using Lean principles. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows. Supportive environment where individuals are empowered to progress and contribute to meaningful change. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
