Description

Your responsibilities will include Working closely with suppliers to address quality issues, processing non-conformances and deviation requests. Developing receiving inspection plans 5+ years of experience in a supplier or quality engineering role Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Quality or industrial engineering Knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality management systems Strong proficiency with problem-solving methods such as 8D, Fishbone diagram, 5 Whys etc., Proven competency in core quality tools such as Control plans, FMEA, Capability studies, Gage R&R, Gage correlation etc., Working knowledge of Advanced product quality planning and Production part approval process Ability to travel up to 15% of the time Certified quality engineer or Six Sigma green belt
