Description

The NPI Material Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of materials to ODM partners, enabling the delivery of NPI hardware to data centers and supply chain partners. This role requires a fast, action-oriented individual responsible for managing material readiness, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management (preferably in tech).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
  • Strong project management skills and multitasking ability.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing end-to-end program delivery.
  • Exposure to computer manufacturing, production, and configuration.
  • Familiarity with hardware domain terminology.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Mandarin-speaking is a plus.
  • Background in hyperscaler or tech companies.

Responsibilities
  • Track and resolve material shortages and urgent requests.
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage purchase orders for hardware and NRE, including quotes, tracking, and confirmations.
  • Monitor program spend across CAPEX/OPEX and ensure alignment with budget.
  • Drive timely PO issuance to support build readiness.
  • Communicate demand and supply changes to ODMs.
  • Improve supply chain processes through standardization and lean practices.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to meet build timelines.
