Position Overview: Creative Chaos is looking for a Senior Supply Chain and Inventory Manager to lead our inventory management and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in supply chain operations and inventory control, understanding the complexities of forecasting, demand planning, and logistics within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can analyze data, drive efficiencies, and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure a seamless flow of products from suppliers to our warehouses and ultimately to our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supply Chain Strategy Development Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between supply chain goals and organizational objectives. 2. Inventory Management Manage end-to-end inventory control, including tracking levels, forecasting demand, and implementing stock replenishment strategies. Utilize advanced analytics to drive decisions regarding inventory levels at various warehouse locations. Implement best practices for inventory accuracy, ensuring suitable inventory turnover rates. 3. Supplier Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with suppliers to secure the best possible outcomes for the company. Conduct supplier performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. 4. Logistics Coordination Work closely with logistics partners to manage transportation and delivery across all channels. Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely delivery while minimizing costs. Address supply chain disruptions quickly and effectively to minimize impact on operations. 5. Continuous Improvement Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain metrics. Lead projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to supply chain and inventory management. 6. Team Leadership and Development Manage a team of supply chain and inventory professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and training. Promote a collaborative and transparent work environment that encourages team input and engagement. Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance assessments for direct reports. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred. 8+ years of experience in supply chain and inventory management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proficient in inventory management systems and related technologies (e.g., ERP systems). Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and best practices in e-commerce. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Excellent negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
