Position Summary : This role is responsible for inventory planning and control across Turnkey Management (TKM) and key business programs, ensuring material availability, data accuracy, and optimal stock levels to support operational readiness and financial performance. The position governs material flow accuracy in SAP, validates consumption signals, and maintains optimal stock levels to ensure service reliability and financial accuracy. Working closely with Finance, Program Management, Maintenance, Logistics, and suppliers, the role coordinates material flow, resolves discrepancies, and mitigates supply and excess risks while maintaining SAP data integrity (MM/APO preferred). In addition, the specialist assumes Purchasing Administration responsibilities, including raising Purchase Orders to suppliers for direct shipment to on-site customers, and coordinating closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure complete and timely delivery. The role also manages communications and resolves NCRs or any supply discrepancies related to LRU, SRU, and PPT materials. He/She will undertake projects assigned by his/her manager. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Inventory Planning & Replenishment Manage re-order points, Min/Max levels, and material planning to ensure optimal stock availability. Monitor consumption trends and adjust planning parameters to balance service reliability with inventory optimization. Proactively identify potential shortages, delays, or excess stock and initiate corrective actions. SAP Logistics & Execution Execute stock movements, replenishment transactions, and ensure accurate SAP postings in compliance with internal controls. Maintain data integrity for inventory, lead times, and planning parameters to support effective system-driven replenishment. Procurement Coordination Raise and monitor Purchase Orders for supplier direct-to-site deliveries, ensuring timely and complete fulfillment. Follow up with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, NCRs, or discrepancies related to LRU, SRU, and PPT materials. Repair & Operations Support Coordinate with Order Management and maintenance teams to ensure timely return of repaired components and material availability for operations. Align material flow with repair schedules and operational priorities. Inventory Control & Continuous Improvement Perform inventory reconciliation and variance analysis to maintain system and physical stock accuracy. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory visibility, planning effectiveness, and operational responsiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance, Program Managers, Logistics, and intergroup suppliers to support forecasting, replenishment, and program readiness. Requirements: Education & Experience Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. 2–5 years of experience in inventory planning, materials management, or SAP-based logistics operations is preferred. Relevant experience in inventory planning, materials management, or SAP-based logistics operations will be an advantage. Specific Knowledge & Skills Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM/MRP) for materials planning, inventory transactions, and data management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory planning activities (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, trend analysis). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced MNC environment and manage multiple priorities. Good understanding of material planning concepts such as re-order point, Min/Max control, and demand-based replenishment. Experience with SAP APO or other planning tools will be an added advantage. Team player with strong coordination and communication skills to work across functions and suppliers.
