Description

5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting.
Detailed understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including sourcing, supplier management, logistics, planning, and fulfillment.
Clear communication and excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.
Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements or other business improvement opportunities.
Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.

Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare supply chain.
Negotiation leadership experience within a supply chain procurement setting.
Experience working in a high growth environment/scaleup.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and emerging supply chain technologies is a plus.
