This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement of critical energy-storage components. Your impact will be significant, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of lithium-ion battery systems and inverters, while supporting the rapid scaling of power infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with various teams to align the supply chain strategy with technical requirements and business goals, making a meaningful contribution in the energy storage industry. \n Accountabilities Own sourcing strategies for battery cells, modules, packs, racks, BMS components, and inverters / power conversion systems (PCS) Lead supplier selection, RFQs, negotiations, and contract execution Drive cost reduction through competitive sourcing, multi-sourcing, and TCO analysis Manage long-lead items and coordinate production capacity with OEMs Qualify and manage suppliers across performance, quality, cost, and delivery Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, IEEE, NEC, and battery shipping requirements Lead supplier performance reviews, corrective actions, and risk mitigation plans Collaborate on demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and safety stock planning Oversee inbound logistics for domestic and international shipments, including hazmat materials Monitor material availability, lead times, and supply risks impacting production or deployment Partner with Engineering on specifications and new technology qualification Support Operations with production readiness and project delivery Align with Finance on budgeting and cost reporting Support Quality with supplier audits and NCR resolution Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement Experience sourcing industrial, electrical, energy, or power-electronics components Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain analytics tools Experience with battery systems, inverters, or energy storage strongly preferred Benefits Work on real, deployed power systems at gigawatt scale Direct impact on scaling AI and hyperscale infrastructure High-ownership role with visibility across engineering, operations, and leadership Opportunity to shape the supply chain of next-generation technology \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
