Logistics Manager – International Supply Chain


A fast‑growing global organisation is seeking a highly capable Logistics Manager to lead customer service, transport planning, and order fulfilment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and can drive OTIF performance across international markets.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Leading and developing the Customer Service team
  • Managing order processing, fulfilment, and delivery performance
  • Driving improvements in OTIF and logistics KPIs
  • Overseeing transport planning and third‑party logistics partners
  • Ensuring compliance across import/export activities and trade regulations
  • Maintaining accurate ERP data and reporting
  • Supporting S&OP, stock checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction through strong communication and issue resolution

Requirements


What You’ll Bring


  • Up to 8 years’ experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or distribution
  • Strong understanding of order fulfilment, import/export, and international logistics
  • Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, and global suppliers
  • Excellent data interpretation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • ERP proficiency and strong Excel capability
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification (CILT, APICS, FIATA)
