Translate demand and capacity plans into clear, executable build signals for manufacturing and supply chain partners. Lead the operational cadence to track plan vs. actuals, identify capacity risks, and drive resolution of execution issues. Ensure build readiness and data accuracy across systems so build orders release on time and at scale. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, or related experience OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and influence cross‑functional stakeholders by aligning priorities, communicating tradeoffs, and driving timely decisions Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred qualifications: 5+ years working experience in Operations Supply Planning 3+ years of supply planning and supply chain analytics Experience with SAP IBP Supply Planning or similar supply planning tools Cloud / high tech experience is a plus Strong influencing skills and ability to build strong relationships across multiple layers in the organization Supply Planning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
