- In this role, you will be leading the Portfolio planning function as part of the monthly Cloud Capacity & HW planning process - Lead lifecycle planning across product stages: NPI through EOL & Decom. - Enable MSFTs technology roadmap while supporting customer demand and minimizing excess inventory. - Partner with supply chain, engineering and finance teams to identify portfolio risks and opportunities and drive cross-functional alignment. - Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track NPI, EOL & Decom timelines, risks, and planning milestones. - Drive the strategy, content & messaging for a monthly cross-functional Portfolio review forum to drive actions and executive decision making. - Provide thought leadership on the Portfolio planning process with multiple stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or project management with a supply chain or operations field OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in root cause analysis / problem solving and implementing corrective actions in a matrix environment 7+ years in management consulting and/or program management in IT hardware supply chain supporting of hardware or software. MBA or MS in Computer or Electrical or Industrial Engineering preferred Experience in leading large-scale programs, and a track record of successfully setting up and executing supply chain operational processes. Experience in working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment. Cloud / high tech supply chain experience preferred
