We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead impactful, transversal projects within our Circular Economy, Reverse, and Resilience domain in the Group Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (CoE).
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping sustainable and resilient supply chain strategies across our global network.
Your Mission: As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Head of the domain to provide functional support in Reverse Supply Chain operations, collaborating with teams across different domains of the CoE (Transportation & Warehousing, Supply & Distribution Planning, Performance, Networks) and the local Supply Chain teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW/HAVE

What You Bring:

  • Over 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain field, with international exposure and a proven track record of working in diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English (C1) and French (B2).
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for handling complex situations with resilience and diplomacy, reflecting our Caring and Responsible approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Business Intelligence tools like QlikSense and PowerBI.
Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and monitor Reverse Supply Chain principles for Network Equipment, collaborating with technical departments to define best practices and key performance indicators (KPIs), always working in a Responsible manner to ensure sustainable practices.
  • Lead the Reverse SC Performance Dashboard management, ensuring timely data collection, accurate KPIs, and performance reviews with suppliers.
  • Drive contractual negotiations for after-sales conditions, aligning with sourcing teams to ensure all requirements are met, always negotiating with integrity and responsibility.
  • Lead the Reverse Communities by sharing best practices and contributing to internal communications like newsletters, videos, and publications. Here, we foster a spirit of Caring, sharing knowledge to elevate our collective success.
