Senior Supply Planner - hybrid
As a Senior Supply Planner at Honeywell, in Bucharest, you will perform the monthly Supply/Inventory Planning process cycle for your site/network of sites and ensure the finished goods plan for the site/network achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals. This is a hybrid role, 2 (home) days + 3 (office) days model.

Key responsibilities:

  • Actively manage relationships with suppliers & Other regional distributions centre & planning team
  • Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate
  • Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma techniques to rapid problem solve issues that impact KPI to drive continuous improvement actions that lead to world class performance
  • Create the monthly Supply / Inventory Plans
  • Executing Transformation initiatives and deployment of the Honeywell GDM and RR adoption
  • Attending SIOP Supply Review Meetings, attending Other SIOP meetings

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Min 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales
  • Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area
  • Oracle knowledge and use
  • S&OP Knowledge
  • Fluent English (another language like German or French is a plus)
