• Requires a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation or Distribution
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant experience.
• Exposure to a Defence sustainment program is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams and subordinate leaders.

Our Defence asset management program provides whole of life asset management services to a significant Defence fleet of equipment that enables capability across the Australian Defence Force.
Working closely with Engineering and Product Support Teams, the Supply Support Team Leader leads a team of Asset Coordinators responsible for strategic asset management activities in support of achieving contracted fleet capability and availability outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage Asset Coordinators
• Inventory management, including maintaining stock levels at locations and ensuring the integrity of material control.
• Analyse complex problems and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks/issues to ensure key stakeholders deliverables are met.
• Provide KPI reports from Inventory Management Systems to identify performance trends and implement remediation as appropriate.
