(Saudi National Only) Grade: G8 Location: RIYADH Working hours: full time Advert closing: 06/03/2026 Responsibilities To be reported to the Supply Commander in all supply activity of the RSAF/SBDCP in order to build on BAE System’s reputation in KSA. Ensure demands are processed within acceptable timescales and at the appropriate priority. Ensure that material/parts are stored, received and distributed in the correct quantities and condition. To assist in the planning, monitoring and control of the process, which includes Risk and Opportunity management; Performance management; and Life Cycle Management in accordance with mandated BAE Systems business practices To produce and present briefs and reports as required in order to update the RSAF/ SBDCP and the business. Job Requirements: Strong background in aerospace supply chain and logistic, In-depth knowledge of Supply chain management systems. The post holder must be a highly experienced more than 10 years in supply chain practitioner possessing a current and thorough knowledge and understanding of military aerospace supply chains that has preferably been gained from working within or closely with BAE Systems in a range of appointments. Have a relevant qualification in the supply chain management & material handling equipment. The job holder will have had direct exposure to customers, possess excellent verbal and written English language & communication skills. Capability to absorb, manipulate and analyses large amounts of data and be able to identify the key issues arising from it. Highly numerate with commercial attitude and ability to act upon own initiative, utilizing creative thinking and analytical methods. High level of computer literacy and experience in using the full range of MS Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities
The role involves reporting to the Supply Commander on all supply activities for the RSAF/SBDCP, ensuring demands are processed promptly and materials are stored and distributed correctly.
