This role, part of a team of 5 within the larger IT team, requires ambition, curiosity, and hard work. Reporting to the Technology Support & Infrastructure Manager, the team is dedicated to providing a world-class service to users.
As a Technical Support Analyst you will be a crucial part of the Technology Support & Infrastructure team. Your responsibilities include ensuring the continuous operation and protection of desktop, infrastructure and cybersecurity components, responding to user and IT staff queries, and providing VIP technical support to the user across the business. You will also take the lead on deploying Windows 11 across the workforce.
