Description

JOIN NCSS – WHERE RESPECT, EMPATHY, AND PERSON-CENTRED PRACTICE SHAPE EVERY STEP

At Noble Care Support Services (NCSS), we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to live a safe, fulfilling, and empowered life—on their terms. While we await our official NDIS registration approval, we continue to support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, aged care clients, and those needing community nursing.
We deliver high-quality services in participants’ homes and the broader community, including personal care, domestic assistance, nursing, respite, allied health, and post-hospital care. Now, we’re growing our team and seeking a passionate, experienced Level 3 Specialist Support Coordinator to join our mission.
✨ About the Role
As a Level 3 Specialist Support Coordinator, you will work with participants with complex support needs, helping them navigate multiple systems, manage risk, and build sustainable supports. • Champion participant choice, control, and voice in all aspects of service delivery
  • Foster strong working relationships with service providers who reflect shared NCSS values
