What A Day In The Life Looks Like: Deliver Tier 2 technical support for users across the organization (hardware, software, desktop systems, mobile devices, and peripherals) Prioritize, document, and track tickets using our internal tracking tool Communicate outages, critical system events, and updates to users clearly and promptly Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including hardware setup, account provisioning, and orientation assistance Maintain and troubleshoot A/V setups in conference rooms and common areas Perform system installs, upgrades, and basic network troubleshooting with minimal disruption to end users Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the IT team, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless technology operations Communicate effectively with different business leaders to gather requirements and provide timely updates on support activities Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures Qualifications and Experience: Associate's degree in a technology-related field Minimum 2 years of working in or with a support desk and desktop support experience Excellent strategic and business mindset Passion for helping and supporting customers and employees Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Hours: Monday - Friday with a rotating on-call schedule What We Offer: Health, Dental, Life, and Vision Insurance PTO 401(k) w/ match Profit Sharing Incentive Bonus Fun Committee Paid Training/Educational Assistance THE PEOPLE!
