BMSI are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our growing team! Are you an experienced BMS Support Engineer looking to further your career in the BEMS industry? We currently have a vacancy for a Support (Service) Engineer covering our East Midlands area and ideally located in the North East Nottinghamshire area who will be expected to undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement between ourselves and our customers. Carry out full turn-key BMS solutions ranging from controller replacement to full BMS system upgrades. There will also be a need to respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Distech and Trends current and legacy products and experience with any of the following systems would also be advantageous; Tridium, Siemens, Cylon Systems and have experience of working within the building controls industry, have proven diagnostic skills and be able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems. A driving license and being PC literate are essential pre-requisites
Responsibilities
The Senior Support Engineer will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems according to service level agreements, and carrying out full turn-key BMS solutions including controller replacements and system upgrades. Additionally, the role requires responding promptly to customer service calls in the event of a system failure.
