ABOUT YOU

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who meets the following key requirements:

  • Holds a completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with clients and their families, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Be prepared to work in a very broad service role providing a wide range of functions to multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Brings experience in a rehabilitation care environment, with the ability to make independent decisions, prioritise tasks, and manage challenging situations confidently.
  • Willing to undertake training programs and courses as required to perform the duties of a Senior Support Services Officer.
  • Has experience working in a security role or be willing to learn.
  • Willing to be flexible moving between roles as required.

As a Senior Support Services Officer, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working alongside clinicians to provide exceptional support within a dynamic rehabilitation care environment. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering client services, ensuring patients receive high-quality care and assistance tailored to their individual needs. Your expertise will directly contribute to the seamless operation of our service, where you’ll engage with a range of professionals to support both clinical teams and patients in their rehabilitation journey.
