JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sentia is currently seeking a Senior Support Specialist – Microsoft.
In the team of Network Operations Center of Network Specialists, Support Services Technicians and Technical Specialists, Manager Technical Services you will identify gaps in the customer requirements and execute on the recommendations made by Sentia. You will collaborate with highly innovative teams to put designs and solutions into use by our customers of small to large enterprise applications. You will have direct day-to-day contact with the Account Managers and engagement with customers.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, passionate, demonstrates ownership and is excited about troubleshooting and architecting designs for our clients. You are up to date with the latest technological trends and updates. You’ll have the trust and responsibility of our team as our Network Operations Center will rely heavily on your build.
