We’re looking for an experienced Senior Support Specialist to join our VincitEAM product team. In this role, you’ll take our support operations to the next level – solving customer challenges quickly, professionally, and with a human touch. You’ll also play a key part in shaping how our support processes evolve. We’re looking for both a doer and a thinker.
Help our enterprise customers solve issues in their day-to-day operations
Help our EAM consultants to utilize best practices
Handle a wide range of topics from technical troubleshooting to configuration support
Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams
Improve support processes and contribute to a shared knowledge base
Be a key player in improving the ways VincitEAM is used and implemented
Communicate clearly and professionally – even under pressure
You’ll be backed by an experienced team, but we expect you to work independently, take initiative, and bring structure to your work.
