  iDirect support people who have a learning disability, autism and mental health, to live in their own homes in the community. Each person has a package of support that is unique and designed around them to ensure they have a life they have reason to value.
  We are looking for transitions support workers who are passionate, hardworking and experienced individuals, able to think on their feet, be able to problem solve and remain solution focused at all times, across the Purbeck, Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch areas.
  Previous Experience in autism, learning disabilities and mental health support is essential.
  Unfortunately we are only able to accept candidates with a full driving license and access to their own vehicle for this role.
