We are looking for a dynamic Senior Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in The Martins, Hailsham.  This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.   As a Senior Support Worker you will be motivated to provide excellent care and support by modelling good practice, monitoring performance and direct supervision of the staff. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, alongside supporting the people living there to make it home.
