Overview We have an opportunity available for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Ashwood Court Residential based in Lowton, WA3 2RB. Please click here for further details about the service. Salary: £22,214 per annumHours: 32 hours weekly. In additional, some sleep-in shifts will be required which is paid at an additional rate. As a Senior Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards to the people we support. You'll be supporting adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centered basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living. For further details you can review our full job description here Qualifications As Senior Support Worker you will supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities ensuring values based support is delivered to the highest standard so previous Support Worker experience is essential. You will be supporting adults with mental health illnesses on a person centred basis. Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community & domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.
