Location: Bradford
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Full-time | Permanent | Shift work including evenings and weekends

• Support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of support workers, providing guidance and promoting best practices.
• Build trusting relationships with children and young people, supporting their emotional, social, and behavioural development.
• Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, company policies, and relevant legislation.
• Support the Registered Manager with staff supervision, training, and rota management.
