• Experience in a children’s residential setting.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support and mentor Support Workers.
• Lead shifts, ensuring care standards and safeguarding are maintained.
• Build trusting relationships with children, promoting their emotional well-being.
• Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and daily reports.
