We are recruiting for a Senior Support Worker at Highwater House, a dual diagnosis unit providing residential care for 22 adults with mental health and substance misuse issues.
The post will require applicants to have good understanding of CQC legislation and safeguarding. You will be confident running shifts, directing staff, administrating medication, report writing, care planning, escorting residents to appointments, planning and implementing activities, providing personnel care and attending meetings with other professionals.
Experience of working with mental health, homelessness or substance misuse or Residential Care experience is required.
