Nursdoc are currently recruiting experienced Senior Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical and mental health needs in a supported-living setting that balances independence with care. This role suits experienced support workers keen on flexible hours and meaningful impact.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 months’ experience as a Senior Support Worker or similar in supported living or team-leading roles
• Proven track record in medication administration
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain through Nursdoc
• Strong communication, empathy, and organisational skills
• Experience supporting people with complex needs

• Administer medication safely in line with care plans and policies
• Deliver personal care, mobility help, and assistance with daily living
• Encourage independence by supporting individuals to make their own choices
• Uphold dignity and respect in all care interactions
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and professionals
• Accurately record care delivered and report wellbeing updates
• Support a positive team culture; mentor junior staff as needed
